What I do at Poudre Libraries
Hello! I'm the Community Outreach Manager, and I oversee an amazing team that provides services to priority communities in our District. Communities served include those that are geographically isolated from branch services, are economically stressed, socially isolated, or underserved due to disability, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, national origin, or ethnicity.
We collaborate with many community partners and volunteers to provide a wide range of services that strengthen our community and build critical literacies to those who often encounter barriers to access to our library branches. These services include include multilingual storytimes, homebound services, ESL mentoring, citizenship tutoring, library services through our electric Mobile Library "EVIE", cultural celebrations, digital literacy, among many more.

Why Poudre Libraries
I am so grateful about the opportunity to work with an exceptional team, with the goal of providing unwavering support to our community, facilitating their growth, and enhancing their quality of life. Poudre Libraries consistently puts community and staff first through advocacy, innovation, and collaboration. It truly is a joyful place to work!
Who am I?
As a daughter of immigrants, I am deeply committed to community service, driven by my firsthand understanding of the challenges associated with acclimating to a new country, language, and societal framework. Over the past seven years, I have found my passion working in libraries, including Poudre Libraries and Loveland Public Library. My experience ranges from creating bilingual library programming, serving on state-wide initiatives like REFORMA Colorado, and managing wonderful teams that share a common goal of serving our community.
I love getting the opportunity to connect with others, and it's so wonderful to work at a place that directly aligns with my values to serve the community.
